Join the Historic Preservation Program for its annual Historic Preservation Month Awards. In addition to awards, this year’s event will feature Peggy Ford Waldo, from the City of Greeley Museums, who will present about Greeley Violin Maker George Fisk, with intermittent music by UNC musician Aaron Zimola. The violin used by Zimola will be on loan from Ms. Deanna Holmes and was made by Fisk himself.

Hosted by the Historic Preservation Commission, the event will be held at the Kress Cinema and Lounge. Doors open at 6pm and the presentation begins at approximately 6:30pm. Appetizers will be served.

The event is free and open to the public.
