What is the Hidden Value of Landscapes?

Allison Stoven O’Connor, Ph.D. is the Extension Agent of Colorado State University. She researches the value of landscaping.

This presentation will highlight the social, environmental and economic value that landscapes provide. This workshop will highlight these benefits of lawns and landscapes.

Furthermore, these hidden values are important to consider as homeowners and communities plan for water conservation and drought.

The class is free. Space is limited and RSVPs are required. This ensures that we have enough seats and materials.

Greeley’s Water Conservation Program offers a Landscape Lecture series to the community. This is one of these events. Visit GreeleyGov.com/LandscapeLectures for more information on all upcoming sessions. Follow the “water” tag on Greeley Calendar to find out more about all of our water and conservation events.
