Centennial BOCES – Migrant Education Program is partnering with the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), the Secretary of Culture of the State of Michoacán, and the University of Northern Colorado to bring an exciting exhibition of artwork by the renowned turn of the 19th century Mexican artist José Guadalupe Posadas (he’s the one who drew all those skeletons and dancing skulls), as well as contemporary Mexican printmakers.

We hope you can join us for the reception and round-table discussion on November 16 from 4 to 6 at the Mari Michener Gallery in the Michener Library. We will be fortunate to have the show’s curator, Mizraím Cárdenas, himself an accomplished printmaker and sculptor. Also, we will have the opportunity to have different presentations in our community with the artist from Nov. 13 through 16.
