Greeley-Weld County Airport was founded in the 1930’s and grew to 80 acres by the 1940’s. Today, it encompasses 1,200 acres and has two runways! “Flying High: Clarence Crosier and the Greeley-Weld County Airport” was guest curated by Mike Weiland as part of Curator’s Corner. Come by the Greeley History Museum to learn more about our thriving airport and the men who created it! The exhibit closes May 10, 2020.
