Full Moon Bike Ride: September 20
Traveling the Poudre River Trail during the day is wonderful; navigating the Trail under a full moon is magical! Join other cyclists on Monday, September 20 for a special bike ride under a summer’s full moon. No sign-up is needed. Simply show up with your bike, along with your bike helmet and working bike light (required). Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Dress for the weather and bring water; bug spray is recommended.
In Greeley, meet at the Rover Run Dog Park Trailhead at 7:30 p.m. Travel to the Kodak Trailhead then return to Rover Run. In Windsor, meet at the Kodak Trailhead at 7:30 p.m. Travel to the Rover Run Trailhead, then return. Be sure to wave when you meet in the middle. This self-paced ride is 18 miles; round trip. For younger riders consider turning around at the Poudre Learning Center to shorten the ride.
